Worst Customer Service

I ordered a couch for delivery on Sunday between 1-5pm. When they failed to show up, I called and was told that my furniture was not put on the truck that day. They refused to deliver my item on that day or even the next day and I was denied to speak to a manager. I feel that if they made an error, they should rectify it but IKEA didn’t care at all that they inconvenienced a customer, they would deliver when it suited them and I could basically just deal with it. Abhorrent service.

IKEA usually isn't my first choice for furniture, but it's usually where I end up buying pieces for my home because of their competitive pricing and large warehouse (meaning what I want is in stock and I can take it home that day.) IKEA stores are well laid out with maps and projector arrows on the floors to guide you through the massive shopping centre.

So yes Ikea has cute things, but you have to build them all from a million pieces and the quality is crap.

The furniture is just so cheep. Ive had 2 beds break and bed side and coffee tables break. the rugs and mirrors are nice.

i really like this place. at first i was very intimidated but once i learned how to shop ikea stores i was surprised how easy it is .i like the big cafeteria and the awesome food too. they sell some really neat products . assembling these are super easy too
