Although their niche caters more towards shoes, they still have hundreds of clothing, accessories and handbags. The only way you can shop with JustFab is by signing up for their membership. Every month, they create a personalized boutique for you to shop through based on your style preferences. Although they want you to spend a minimum $39.99 a month, you aren’t forced to. As long as you “skip” the month before the assigned date, your card on file won’t be charged! JustFab offers great promotions, such as their “2 for $29.99” sign up deal.

I’ve ordered from justfab.ca multiple times and love the products I’ve received. The last time I ordered and got shoes that were to big, the customer service was excellent and helped me exchage them quickly I’ll be ordering from them again!

I DON'T recommend this site to ANYONE. It seems like a good deal but it MOST DEFINITELY IS NOT.

First of all, in order to even get their "sales" you have to be a VIP member... Once you are a VIP member you have to log onto their website BEFORE the 5th of EVERY month and click "skip the month" or else they will charge you $39.95 USD which comes to $56 something CANADIAN, if you happen to forget it will get credited to your account but you only have so many shoes/boots/ flats or whatever to choose from because they HAVE to cost $39.95 exactly.

They will also not give you your money back if you happen to forget and their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. It takes so long for them to reply to e-mails or answer their phone.... Oh yeah and if you want to close your VIP member account, you have to call them, they don't accept e-mails and there is no way to do it on their website.

JustFab is such a joke! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I signed up for JustFab when they had a promo (2-for-1) and I actually liked the shoes I got. However, if you don't remember to cancel your subscription or skip the month, you'll get automatically charged for another pair of shoes. I find this very unsettling as many people will forget and get charged $40+ every month without realizing.

i tried this site after seeing all the commercials. i have to say that although i do not want a pair of shoes every month, the ones i have gotten are awesome quality! comfy and true to size.

I really like the boots I bought from Just Fab. They are comfy!!

When I started on the site, they asked me to choose from a bunch of pictures which style I liked best. I didn't really like any of the styles, as I was there for the boots, not the shoes, and there were no boot choices offered in the pictures. That would be great as an option. Once I started browsing the boots, I ended up getting boots offered to me in the monthly choices.

GREAT site, customer service is pretty good and the shipping time is awesome.

I don't like this online store, I signed up for it, it asked me a bunch of questions that didn't relate to me then, based on that information, would only show me shoes that they felt would suit me or I should be interested in. I'm not sure if this store has changed but I would like to look at all of their selection and not what they think I would like. I found it very frustrating and haven't been back since.

It is a website mainly for women's shoes. But they are AMAZING! Amazing quality, true to size, most comfortable heels a woman will ever wear!
