I saw that this hip new salon had opened up not far from me. They boasted a candy bar - and what woman doesn't love to indulge in a bit of candy?!

I was so disappointed in every aspect of my service. They are a "high end" price salon, but no one takes your coat, or even shows you where to hang it! They told me to "go to the waiting area" and when I said I had never been before, they just shooed me around the corner. They didn't tell me that the candy was there, didn't offer me any water, and the stylist I booked with (who was their more experienced staff) was sick. They didn't even tell me that, even after I showed up... Not a big deal, they'll give me another equally skilled stylist right?

WRONG.
I got an inexperienced stylist who cut off more hair than I asked, it was uneven, and the highlights looked as though a 4 year old child used a highlighter to colour my hair.

I would not recommend this salon. Save your money and time!
