Live Once Pole Dance and Fitness Studio - Milton

I attended this studio for a bit and it’s totally over rated, at least by my experience! Pole dancing is definitely a great way to get in shape and it’s a lot of fun but here you basically just watch the instructor do her moves and then put it together in a routine. I personally didn’t feel I was learning the proper techniques or breakdown to be able to advance. I felt the classes were tailored more to the instructor than those who are actually paying to be there. I tried some of the other fitness classes offered but I have absolutely no desire to work with ridiculous gym equipment or cycle my way to fitness! I came here hoping to find a new way to get fit. The service also went downhill, the last time I tried to register for a class over the phone the lady was rude and didn’t seem to have time to help me find a class that fit my schedule… so I went somewhere else!

I did a six week pole fit class with Elisbeth and I loved it. Not only did it test my cardio it also tested my upper body strenght. My whole goal is to climb to the top of that damn ploe before the end of my life hahaha. Ladies you got to try i!, it's so much fun and a great change from the regular gym thing.

love the classes, they're fun and the choreography is great. i cant wait to start the next session

I have been to the Live Once Pole parties and enjoyed it so much that I enrolled for the Pole Dance class - stage 1. I have been taking fitness classes forever (with Elisabeth as instructor at some!) and this class is phenomenal!!! For all you ladies who grew up wanting to be a FLY GIRL ...you know, you still watch SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and KNOW you can dance waaaaaaayyy better than any of them - this is a class for you!!! It combines dance and fitness and just lets you be your sexxxy self. The environment is comfortable and boy do you get a workout!!!! I think the best thing is that it does'nt matter what stage you are in your fitness level. Does'nt matter what kind of body you have or how much you have worked out before - the class is for everyone and it really makes you come out of your shell! Elisabeth makes sure everyone is comfortable with the pace. The routines are interesting, the music is great and the time just flies!!!

I'm looking forward to graduating to the next stage. I will also be taking pole Fit classes - I did the test class and seems like it would be amazing for toning without bulking which is what I need!

I can't say enough about Live Once - go experience it for yourself ...you won't regret it!!!!!

I've been to other pole dance studios and Live Once is by far the best. My favorite is the pole fit class because it's a great workout and Elisabeth is an awesome instructure. She motivates and pushes you to do your personal best every time. I've recommended not only her pole fit but the pole dance and her workshops to so many people. Everyone agrees that the classes, atmosphere and instructor make the experience an enjoyable one. If you want a workout and you want to see results... visit LIVE ONCE.

This class is great! I thought that I would never be able to do the moves that the instructor shows us, but now I can do them with little effort, and the workout is amazing!!!
My arms are really defined now and it has only been 5 classes! Even my abs and legs look great. If you want a good workout with dance and fun combined then this class is fantastic.

I started taking the pole fit classes with Elisabeth at Live Once and they are to die for! The workouts are challenging yet alternatives are offered for people at different fitness levels. Elisabeth is a great instructor who knows her stuff, is very personable and teaches amazing classes. It is a fantastic environment in which women can truly express themselves and feel at ease. Every moment spent in a class at Live Once is well worth it. Taking classes are a tremendous investment - time, energy and money well spent!

I had a party with Live Once a while back for a bachelorette party. Had a great time, so I went to their open house (they finally opened a studio) and I love Elizabeth. She is an awesome instructor - and talented!! Ive never even see anyone do what she can - totally motivated me to want to move up and up in the pole dance levels. Im registered for her classes starting now and cant wait to start. I already had a trial class an loved it. Shes really good at making everyone feel comfortable and breaking down moves for learning. Everyone has their own pole and there are women at every age and shape taking these classes. I recomend Elizabeth and her lessons for sure - to any one who wants to try pole dancing or who wants to get in Awesome shape :)
