I've been on a donut craze lately and was sooooo happy when Lucky's Donuts opened up in Vancouver a few months ago. I drive by every morning on my way to work and always see a line up! It's located inside 49th Parallel on Main Street, so a great place to grab a cup of coffee with these delicious donuts. The price is not cheap as they can run up to $3.50 each. But they have some super inventive options. My favorite so far is the peanut butter and jam. It's a square shaped donut with a peanut glaze filled with raspberry jam. The 2nd favorite is one filled with mango jam with fruit chunks. They have other fabulous ones such as a donut with meringe topping, apple bacon fritter, salted caramel. Their donutes are light and fluffy. YUMMMM
