I had a gift certificate fro $150, I called first and told them when booking. I confirmed that colour was $60 (that left $90 for a cut) or, so I thought. I had and inch and a half taken off (my request) however when I went to pay I was told I still owed $35!!! WTF!
I asked how come and was informed my cut was $110....for a trim!!!!!!!! to tell you the truth my hair looks healthier because all the dead ends are gone, the colour not so sure, but seriously $110? My hair is straight and one length, it took 15 mins. I feel totally ripped off and will never go back, do not go if you dont want to get ripped off, total scam. Stay Clear.
