I went in to have my eyebrows cleaned up from stray hairs. The atmosphere was professional but not uncomfortable. I was greeted and served right away. Within one minute they had me in the spa room to begin. The beautician was very good with the wax and it was pain free. She washed her hands, used disinfectant then put on gloves. All things used on me came fresh out of the package. She was very quick and the cost was $15 which i gladly paid for the results, quick service and cleanliness.
