I don't live in Windsor but I certainly enjoy shopping at Michael's. You can find a variety of crafting products for all your projects. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Knowledgeable and courteous staff are always on hand to point you in the right directions. They have a large selection of holiday decorations that inspire to get put your personal touch.
Great place to shop and find every craft item you can imagine. I love to buy Wilton stuff from there because they have A LOT of it and I like to use it for baking. It also smells really good in there, which is weird but I love it.
I don't live in Windsor but where I live the Michael's is pretty good. Some stuff can be expensive but they are good quality. I really like going to the stores, it's really nice looking. The customer service is pretty good, no trouble there.
What do you think, have you been there?
I love my Windsor Michael's. I have taken all of the cake decorating classes and a scrap booking class there. The instructors are knowledgeable and able to bring their knowledge to your level. I find the regular prices are a bit pricey but Michael's always has coupons and sales going on. The store personnel are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you find what you need...even when you are not sure what it is. Windsor's Michael's Crafts is a well run, well kept store.
I have not been at the Windsor location but I do go to my local Michael's quite a bit. They offer great classes (although the waiting list for cake classes is insane!) and they have a great selection of products (really any kinda crat you can think of is there). The only downside is the price. The same item is way cheaper at either Walmart or Bulk Barn (for the cake decorating stuff) across the street. Unless you have a 40% coupon, the price is just too much
I have not shopped at the Windsor location, but my local store here is awesome.I love Michaels! You can get everything you need in this store - from fancy paper to a variety of art supplies to jewelry making. Whenever I'm feeling creative, this is the place to go. The store is huge so it can be overwhelming when you're looking for something in particular and don't know where to start. The staff is all super nice and know exactly where everything is. So if you're not sure, just ask!
After shopping here so many times, i've leaned to NEVER buy anything full price. A large amount of Michaels supplies are always on sale. And if it's not, you can ALWAYS find a coupon on their website.
If you shop at Michaels a lot and have a smart phone, I highly recommend downloading their app. You can get 40% off coupons and all you have to do is show it to the cashier. Yes, it's that simple.
I personally have never shopped at the Windsor location, but I am a big time shopper at my local Fredericton store. I love browsing through the aisles, and seeing what creations I can come up with. They always have a great selection of items on clearance. The weekly coupons are fabulous, and can save you a lot on products. I always find the customer service a little on the slack side, as the cashier's always seem bored..
I love going to Michael's every time I go I never just go for what I was going there for I alway end up getting so much more. But I got everything there for my sons Easter gift (he was only 3 months) there for only $15, and a coupon you get with every weekly flyer.
Although I have never been to the one in Widsor, I LOVE my local Michael's Crafts!
They have the absolute best selection for art supplies and at great prices!
They also put out store coupons on a weekly basis.
Every time I purchase from there I make sure to use one of their amazing coupons.
You can get the coupons in the flyer, by signing up to their mailing list, and they even have an iPhone App!
The iPhone App is my favorite because they will just scan your phone at the cash :)
I recommend Michael's to art addicts as well as people just looking for a new hobby :)
And it's not only art supplies! They have so much more! I recommend checking this place out to anyone who hasn't yet :)
I went here a few weeks ago and was so amazed at what they carry it took me forever to go though the store. It's a craft store and if you are looking for supplies that you can get for good prices, then Michael’s is the place for you. It is a one stop shop for all you crafting needs from bake ware to crafting, paint, fine art to home décor, wedding needs and even baby shower needs Michael’s has it. What also was nice they even has classes available to learn cake decorating, making jewellery, art class’sand so much more. Sometimes they even have coupons in the flyers as well so that makes it easyer to shop there.
