This yoga studio is reconginzed as the number 1 studio I'm Edmonton. The staff there is fantastic. There are a number of classes throughout the day so you can attend a class whenever it's convenient for you. There is tea available for their clients. This studio sells some lu lu lemon items and supplements. They sell great yoga mats and towels too. On occasion they host the 30 day challenge. People can sign up and challenge themselves to do 30 classes in 30 days. Each participle is entered into some draws for prizes and there are extra workshops to attend. It's a fantastic way to encourage people to push themselves.
