I find that the food is absolutely delicious. I always order the Smokehouse Wrap, as it's incredible!

But, I find that the servers are VERY untrained. They constantly get our orders wrong, and take a long time approaching the tables. I always have to ask for refills on our drinks, which should be something they should notice.. I have a daughter, who sits in a highchair.. They always seem to place her seat in a high traffic area, so people are having to push around her, or even push her chair sideways to get around, etc.

I find the food is affordable, and reasonable priced for the amount of food you receive.

I have ordered quite a few varieties of mixed drinks (alcoholic) - and have never been impressed. They are either completely messed up, or just disgusting. I am a HUGE margarita lover, and was super excited to see them on their menu.. I ordered one, took a sip, and literally almost choked. It tasted as though the bartender poured a bottle of salt into the drink. NASTY!

Overall, it's delicious food - but terrible service.

Dont like severs with fingers in my foo. outrageous prices for not so good food

Fantastic staff, lovely seating, very family friendly.

A dinner for 5, with 3 young kids ages 7, 2 and 1. I know, what were we thinking?
We manage to finish our dinner, and we got 3 happy kids, and we will come back again. That's what I can tell you.

We were seated on a good spot for two high chairs for the young ones. Our 7 year old got his crayon and coloring paper with puzzle i believe. The two year old got funny hats.

Staff: very friendly, making sure kids were happy.
Food: Who can resist ribs? I love it. Talk of the town.
My husband ordered fajita and sizzling.

Kids Meal: A , happy meal (nuggets) or pasta i think, side dish of apple slice or fries
And they get to choose their own drinks.
and then there was dessert.
Longer meal time for kids, therefore mama and papa get to finish their meals.

Staff make sure that kids have fun: give them crayons, talk to them, keep em occupied.
Family friendliness, and obviously will get a repeat customer. (We will go back about Christmas I think)

If you got young kids, and you are craving for ribs, this got to be the place!
