The worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady at the establishment (mid 50s) which i assume is the owner was extremely rude when I asked about the service. The place looks out dated and prices were high for the location. Would not set foot in again.

Somehow I stumbled upon Ms. Nina Tatari's private enterprise because her establishment leases the space underneath my condo complex (92 King/Church). Having recently moved to Toronto from the fabulous hair services, products and styling of Montreal, I thought "what can I lose with a trim and a touch-up?"
Well, apparently ALOT. Ms. Tatari fully bleached my hair, to the point where I could hear it cracking, she then blamed me for using cheap color before, barely cut my hair, gave me blonde highlights I never asked for (im a brunette), then put me under steam treatment to give me a "Color Corrective??"!!
At the end of it all, my hair turned to plastic (like the cheap weaves in Chinatown) and I got slapped with a bill for $198.00 excluding tip!

Beware of Nina Tatari!
