Popeye's chicken is made Louisiana style and fried perfectly to a nice and very tasty crisp. The flavour is so delicious and not like any other fried chicken I have tried. The sides (Cole slaw and Mac n cheese) are also yummy and the bread is perfect. I would love to know how it is possible to fry a chicken and keep it crispy even after microwaving the leftovers the next day! The service at the location I go to is good and you know they make the hot wings fresh as it is usually a 10 minute wait. The sauces also taste great ... all of them. And I even live the packs if hot sauces they give you. Although the chicken is a bit pricey, they typically offer coupons on their website. And their menu allows you to buy single pieces if chicken or combos that come with a side and a drink. They also have daily specials. I usually go to popeye's once a month as a treat ... So yummy.
