I have been seeing Celia at Practically Frivolous to cut my hair for almost 2 years. My friend Nancy and her whole family go to her too, and they gave me a gift card to get me hooked. Nancy gets facials, hair color and manicures there too. My mom has had her hair and manicure done there. I just get shampoo, cut, blow dry. But I have short, layered hair and Celia always does it right and helps me change it up a bit. She is good at looking at photos to copy styles. She has cut my daughters' hair too and can do a great blow out of curly hair. The only drawback is the manicure smell in the place. Other than that it is vibrant and I enjoy every minute. They even hours that suit working women (and men) and sell high quality products.
