if you need a gym to work out at, this is probably good enough (i am speaking exclusive to one location as i have not visited others). however, i find that the staff are a hit and miss group and sometimes you get a fantastic individual, other times you get a shoddy one. it's too relaxed and not at all tight in terms of membership and that bothers me because i pay to get in whereas i have seen freeloaders get through. i would have to say that for a gym, it's pretty big, but nothing compared to the health clubs i have seen down south. you have your basic cardio equipment (that often is very used or worse, broken), free and weight machines. there is a women's only portion that is considerably smaller and often females are forced to get into the co-ed part of the gym. the one i go to has a spinning studio and boxing area. i have only ever gone to TWO spinning classes because they get filled SO fast (what did you expect with only about 8-10 bikes?) and the bike i did get on was broken. boxing is extra so if you wanted to do that, you'd have to shell out more money.
