i am a visitor and i stay in Sheraton Hotel that is 123 Queen Street west. i went fo my threading to this Salon & Spa. One Indian lady she did a really really fantaistic job but in that big salon there is no custmors and only this Indian lady she was attending calls, same time she answerig questions for other shoppers passing by the salon, and i was getting for my job and this service took more than 30 minutes to complete. she aplogized for the delay and i am happy with job she did for me.

But i am wondering , such a big place they dont have receptionist, no other workers, and the atmosphere is not very pleasent. In my opnion, if they want more customers, they should improve their customer service.
