I do like shopping online at times, they have money offers to purchase on there site(promos), free samples but they don't always have items in stock, you can use optimum points on purchases & to redeem. Shipping is pretty fast.

I love shopping at beauty boutique online! Find what you need without leaving my house when I don't have time or don't want to hit traffic. Just love the PC optimum points! Splurge on prestige products without having to pay instead redeem with points! Free. .yay

I really love the Beauty Boutique, even more than Sephora in ways, except for Sephora carries wayyyyy more brands. With beauty Boutique I really love the free deluxe sample with every order and their sample selection on top of that usually contains many different deluxe samples or minis... you get to choose 3 from there. I end up with 4 free minis... plus my free order!!! (minus the taxes), free shipping even to top it off. I LOVE Sephora but I do try to shop at the Beauty Boutique at all costs.

I have ordered twice with beauty boutique online, and I must say it has been a pleasant experience both times. My parcel came within 2 days time, and I received an e-mail right away when it had arrived. When I opened the cardboard box i found another box in white and blue with their logo. Inside the box they had wrapped my order neatly with tissue paper and a beauty boutique sticker. My samples were wrapped in a cute little bag next to my items. Not only that, but they went the extra mile to include a thank you card. I will always order from beauty boutique online from now on, their service is AMAZING! They are efficient and the product comes packaged as if you were shopping in an online boutique. Thank you beauty boutique!!!! Keep up the great work!

They forgot an item from my order. When I contacted them, customer service told me their records showed it was included, basically calling me a liar. I eventually received my product, but it was such a headache trying to get it. Good products, but terrible customer service. Very unprofessional especially for a store that sells high end (not cheap) beauty products. Will not be ordering from them again, not worth the hassle.
