Blink and you'll miss it - sounds cliche, but actually I did look away for a second and missed the sign the first time driving past. This wonderful little bakery is tucked in the heart of downtown Greensboro, in a little alley off Elm Street. We chose the Asiago-peppercorn and Sourdough loaves still warm from the oven and ate both within 24 hours; we couldn't help ourselves!

Their selection is decent and the bakery is on-site, so you know everything is fresh. The prices were in keeping with other bakeries in town, so the only downside (and hardly so) is that it's downtown - and I rarely head over there. Still, absolutely worth the trip and I will be back.

fyi - it's not a cafe, although as you can see from the picture you can sit outside.
