Suzy Shier - Ottawa

I like the old Suzy Shier much better.

This store has completely changed over the past few years. I used to shop there all the time, and purchased about 85% of my clothing there. Now, I maybe purchase one shirt a year. The clothing went from being every day wear, trendy but still casual - to everything being extremely business like. Yes, it's great for the women who are in business, but for those of us who are just looking for something nice to wear - it kinda sucks!

Although it still sells nice clothing, this store is no longer for me.

False advertising was detected at Suzy Shier, Carlingwood mall, Ottawa, ON. Price at cash register came up higher than the advertised price on rack. After I pointed out the difference, the salesperson said it was not a mistake and it was store manager's decision to setup the rack and the price this way and there was nothing she could do about it. The store manager was not available at that time to discuss the issue. So we left the store frustrated and disappointed. This happened on Wed, July 11, 2012, at about 8 p.m. Will never shop at this particular store again.

Suzy Shier has really changed over the years. It used to be my go to store for everything and got 99% of my clothing there, not I couldnt tell you the last time I purchased anything from there. I found that their clothing went from trendy and everyday wear to more buisness attire which is not what I am looking for. Also their prices seem to have gone way up. I do like the discount card idea but i never ended up getting my moneys worth out of it so i havent purchased one in years.

I love the clothes at this store. I started shopping here about 3 years ago as I was looking for some work clothes that were affordable. They have a great selection. Great staff and bright store. It was a great experience shopping in this store. Love the clothes.

Love Suzy Shier! I can always find great work clothes and casual stuff. I find it hard sometimes to get my size, I'm average so the sizes go fast. But overall great for those on a budget! Especially if you get a sale

I am in love with Suzy Shier. I often find myself having a hard time finding any clothes I like, and that fit well. I trailed through the entire mall, trying on multiple things and almost giving up, then I ended up in Suzy Shier. I really think their clothes are priced very very well, they are affordable and trendy, and are the perfect place for a young professional like myself to shop. They have a nice balance of casual clothing and work clothing, and they have a stunning selection of dresses. The quality of their clothes is great for the price, and I got two beautiful dresses for $20 each during a recent promotion. I find out of all the stores in the mall, their sizes are the most true to form, and unlike many shops they cater for women who happen to have a bit of cleavage!

Suzy Shier provides a wide selection of stylish ladies clothing for a reasonable price. They carry casual, dressy and work styles to fit every budget. They always seem to have fantastic sales. They carry amazing accessories and you can often find jewellery that is priced 2 for $5, or less. I love that fact that I can pop in and find an amazing outfit without breaking the bank. The only thing I wish they would change would be to expand their size options. More and more people are not fitting in the usual XS-XL. It would be nice to have some larger clothing sizes in the store. I would highly recommend shopping at Suzy Shier if you're looking for stylish fashions and accessories at a great price point.

This is my absolute favourite store!
They have every moden piece of clothing from belts, shoes, tops, skirts, dresses, pants, suits, etc.
Their prices are pretty average, but the sales are AMAZING!
