Good food

Most of the time the food is good but the quality can differ from location to location...never buy the ribs past 6 oclock,at night tho as they have sat there all day and can be very tough... cousromer service is good most of the time

I used to love going to Swiss Chalet but last time I went i found out that most of the food comes in premade so I didnt have many options to eat. I cant hair dairy and had asked if a dish could come without cheese and they told me no because it all came premade. Was really disappointed because my previous experiences had been awesome.

They also recently opened a Swiss Chalet an hour away from here but it is so slow and the waitresses are always sitting around and goofind around. I understand people need breaks but come on.

I wouldn't say that Swiss chalet is on the top of my list of favourite restaurants but I do enjoy doing there every once in a while. I love their garlic home loaf ( yummy butter and garlic taste with tomatos and green onion on top, the bread it is made with is amazing as well) their wings are well priced and pretty good. I find their chicken sandwhiches aren't as good as they use to be.

I used to go to the Swiss Chalet all the time with my family, but now find it has gone downhill. The last time we went someone brought are meal, not are waitress we never saw are waitress again till she brought are bill. Never asked us if we liked are meal, never checked on us, never asked if we wanted more coffee or dessert. We will never go back. We heard the people behind us say there meal was cold, the waitress replied it could not be I brought it out as soon as it came up.
