The tea i had here in october was good it did lack the flavour i expected for the price though. I regretted not going else where for a better tasting beverage. it wasn't for me although my significant other really enjoyed it. the service was slow but the cashiers were very friendly and courteous and seated us while waiting.

I would rate Teavana as a average tea shop. I really like David's Tea a lot better. The prices are pretty pricey here, I'm not sure I would buy tea from here again..

Thought the Tea is good, I have had nothing but terrible experiences with Teavana. The customer service is terrible, especially online. I'd discourage anyone from wasting their money there.

Thrilled to find a new tea store. Great teas, reasonable prices and the bonus is you can use your Starbucks card to get points when you make purchases...ya.
