I stumbled upon this hidden gem a few months ago and am so glad I did. It's on the2nd floor of a historical building on Corydon Avenue and is so warm and inviting.

I have now been there a couple of times for various services and am hooked. Thanks to Sharon for the magic she has worked on my unruly hair. It's never felt healthier or looked better!

I've had my hair done at Upstairs for Hair for many years, and now that I live on the west coast (BC) whenever I'm back in Winnipeg I book a haircut there! Just can't find anyone as good out here!

I just went to Kelly for the first time. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut that was exactly what I wanted (but didn't know I wanted!) Best of all, she didn't cut my bangs too short. I'm just about to make an appt with her for my daughter. Couldn't be happier.

Yes, thats why I go Thursday's !!! I love this place !!! Best hair cuts I have ever had. Cant say enough about Kelly, she's the bomb !!!!

I couldn't disagree with Cherrie more!  My stylist, Sara, moved there just over a year ago and I've never seen her happier!  I love the salon, it's always a treat to come in and be welcomed by the entire staff.  The attention to detail each and every stylist puts into making my stay an enjoyable one is unbelievable!  I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!!!

Ok...I NEVER rate anything but this place warrants it. I was not greeted...sat in waiting area for half an hour before anyone even TALKED to me. Finally got into my stylist (the owner) about a half hour late and she smelled like booze! She offered me red wine (apparently a thurs tradition) . I was the only person in this whole salon and it felt desolate...now I know why. My cut was the worst I have ever had. Had to go to another stylist to fix it 3 days later. Unbelievable and expensive!
