I went and got my hair done here, what a big mistake. I am not sure why the other review on here said they offered her coffee, I did not get offered and when i ask if there was coffee I was told that just down the hall is a coffee place. I went and got my coffee and came back, I waited for the girl to do my hair for 30 minutes does not seem long I know but when she is talk with the other girls more than she is working that to me is not a good sign. After my wait I still was not happy, my hair was yellow and when I ask if she could fix it, I was told that she did not have the time and that I could re-book and come back,
When I got to the front and asked for the manager, the fat girl said she was, what a B$#@ she was, told me that my hair was fine and that it was going to cost me $150.00 when I said that I was not happy the manager Miranda told me that this is what I ask for and now i have to pay. I told her that I ask for blond highlights not yellow. she told me to pay and go some where else to get it fix if I did not like it. I just walked out with out paying and she came after me telling me she would call the police, I told her to go ahead.

I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE, THE MANAGER ( I USE THAT LOOSELY) NEEDS TO GO AND WORK ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. AND THE HAIRDRESSERS NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN COLOR.

I went in to Volum Studio to get a new look. And i just moved into the area so I was looking for a new stylist as well. I had the best experience ever. I was greeted at the front so nicely and the girl at the desk was so friendly, made me feel right at home, offered me a coffee. I was amazed!! The stylist was amazing and my hair was fantastic. I was so happy, I can't wait to go back.

I went to this salon to get my hair coloured. I usually go to my hairstylist Enza, however she was on vacation at the time and I was in desperate need of a new hair colour. I requested chocolate brown hair with platinum peekaboo highlights. What I got was Orange hair with light orange highlights. Not only that but I was told it would cost me $140, and they charged me $170. I really regret not going back, or simply refusing to pay for the service, but I was young at time. Its a nice salon, but the level of skill of the colourists and hairstylists are BELOW average.
