    I personally don't have any experience, but my mom attended Weight Watchers, and it worked wonders with her. The weekly meetings with a weight loss coach were incredible, and very motivational. She dropped pounds very quickly, and was still eating (and cooking) all the family meals she (and we) loved. I would highly recommend going to Weight Watchers after seeing how well it worked for my mother. Amazing!

    I joined Weight Watchers online 2 months ago to lose all the weight I gained while I was pregnant. In 2 months, I lost 18 pounds and I still eat enough and I eat thing I like. (ice cream) If you are able to take a few minutes everyday to write down what you eat on the computer, you can do Weight Watchers online. The 2 first weeks were a little difficult... but now, I pretty much know how many points are the things I usually eat so it's easy to manage and it works well for me!
