I love to bake homemade cakes and cookies. I usually buy Wilton products to decorate the finished product. Also, they make great baking pans also that are heavy duty.

I called, explained the situation, and BAM no questions asked. Just replied with 'Your new products will be in the mail, free of charge'. They didn't ask for reciepts or anything.
Their products are always great quality. Their prices are high, especially through Michaels, but Michaels always had a coupon so you can get good deals sometimes.
