I bought a Groupon for 4 laser hair removal treatments. I was nervous, as I had not done this before, but I read the blogs, and it sounded good. My first day, the receptionist was friendly, the place looked large, and as they offer several other services, it was packed which was a good sign. I was greeted by Magdi who was wonderful, put me at ease, explained everything, asked a lot of questions, and then I had the treatment which was for my upper lip. Throughout, which was about five to seven minutes, Magdi asked if I was OK, explained what she was doing again. For my next appointment, again Magdi asked me how I felt last time, whether there were any problems and again explained what she will be doing. I would definitely recommend this place, especially Magdi if you are going to have Laser Hair Removal. Do try it!
