HORRENDOUS customer service... yes, I agree with the previous comment, they belittle you.. I was asking for a date and time to go in there and DAVID was a complete jerk... told me I was taking too much of his time and asked me to hurry up. He also said he didn't have time for me because I was asking too many questions. Jerk, jerk, jerk... DO NOT spend your money here, on top of it, the haircuts are very basic!
I had one of the best haircuts at this salon, given by owner Andrey. The staff was anything but rude and unprofessional. Originally I had problems with scheduling but you have to give the salon a break. They are fairly new, and when I had that experience they were still adjusting staff and proper reception. Its been almost a year now and the service has been exceptional.
All in all they seriously know what they are doing - and surprise you with way better than you expected. The owner Andrey is a pro and i can only imagine that he hires other stylists and hairdressers who know what they are doing. Andrey was the first hairdresser who actually listened to what i had to say, took into account what type of hair i have - the shape of my face - and how my hair sits straight, wavy (natural), and curly. Its a science in a sense... and he took it all into account when cutting my hair. In the end it was a design and style that was exactly what i wanted, and was something that complimented my features way more than any other cut I've had.
The owner and his team of receptionists have poor customer relations and do not own up to mistakes. Don't expect any apologies from him if he "mistakenly" schedules your appointment time wrong. The receptionist will overreact, belittle you, and talk to you like 2nd class because he is a 'stylist'. God forbid you have prior time commitments or a job, because he will tell you to come back at the time he scheduled you for.
