Zena's Gluten Free Bakery in Maple Ridge is the tastiest solution to gluten free goodies. From the cinnamon cranberry quinoa cookies to the asiago rustic bread, there is something for everyday eating. I use the asiago rustic bread for my spinach dip instead of rye and it is fantastic.

As with all gluten free products, the prices are little higher than regular baked goods. Zena's products are well worth the price and definitely worth the trip into Maple Ridge. You can find a booth at the Haney Farmer's Market as well as her amazing website, Facebook.
