ali-de-bold | Avanti Ultra on Dec 09, 2009 @ 11:44 pm I used to use Conair, but the last two I got from them literally shot sparks at my head. I've never seen anything like it. So about a year ago, I got the Avanti Ultra from one of those beauty depot stores and it's been a fantastic investment. I have fine hair but lots of it, so it used to take a good 45 minutes to blow dry my hair. Now it takes about 15 minutes. It's a fantastic blow dryer. Paired with a round brush I get fantastic results - even without using product.
At the end of the day though, the way you blow dry your hair is what matters the most. There's a certain technique to it that takes practice. I'm still learning ;) |
laur0406 | Avanti Ionic on Dec 15, 2009 @ 12:38 pm I second the Avanti brand, but I use the Avanti Ionic Avion hair dryer, from Beauty Supply Outlet. Great investment (around $100), takes less time to dry my hair than ever. |
tweetie | Dryers on Dec 15, 2009 @ 05:12 pm I use a Conair tourmaline ionic one and am really happy with it - I've had it for a year or so now. If you want one with dual voltage, a lot of the travel dryers have that feature. T3 makes a great travel dryer. |
