I give it an average score, I really don't like the vibrating feeling on my lashes. I got it at a warehouse sale for $6.00 but would never pay $40+ for this.
This is for EL eyeshadows in general.
The eyeshadows were reformulated in 2010 (?) and now have better staying power and pigmentation than the previous reviewer noted.

Previous bronzers I have used have always managed to leave clumps of bronzer on my face as the brush hasn’t been up to scratch. This brush glides over my face with ease and allows me to make corrections as I go.
this is the best foundation i have ever used. the water base makes it excellent for the perfect finish
It's okay. It made my lashes look long but got clumpy quickly. I make sure the lid is on tight then blast it with hot tap water to make it easier to apply.
I was able to get a 0.17 oz. sample and have been using it morning and night for a couple of months now--using it sparingly, considering the actual 1.7 oz. is over a whopping $200!
It "helps prolong the youthful appearance of the skin around your eyes", and gets rid of those...
