I will not get on an airplane without gravol. This helps me with my nausea and motion sickness and as someone who hates flying it knocks me out until I get to my destination. It's easy to take, inexpensive and it's super effective. I'd highly recommend it.
My child gets motion sickness any time we are in a vehicle for long periods of time and this works great. It helps her to feel less nauseous and take a nap.
