I love this matte mousse cover up! It feels light and airy, it doesn’t feel caked on! It looks nice and fresh and clean! I don’t go a day with out putting it on!
Cannot say I was really impressed with this. It felt heavy, and not really what I would call waterproof, it runs very easily. I also found that it dries out to crumble rather fast and winds up in your eyes as dust (which is why I know the waterproof is not so accurate!!)

Wonderful product! I would highly recommend to anyone to buy this product. It is water proof and smudge proof as the title says. stays on all day and it is worth it
