I have been having one Premier Protein shake each day this week when I get to work and have been so impressed with how long they keep me full. When I have cereal for breakfast I usually need a snack before lunch but not with these Premier Protein shakes. I really like the Chocolate taste and have found that I can add to my coffee and it tastes so good.Sometimes protein shakes taste a bit chalky but these have a great taste and are super easy to drink! I have been having one Premier Protein shakes each day this week when I get to work and have been so impressed with how long they keep me full. When I have cereal for breakfast I usually need a snack before lunch but not with these Premier Protein shakes. I really like the Vanilla taste too. Sometimes protein shakes taste a bit chalky but these have a great taste and are super easy to drink! I would say that vanilla is definitely my favourite.
