Honestly, this is very similar to other products in the market right now. It didn't mix particularly well and didn't taste the greatest. However, the magnesium was a great and easy addition to my diet. It was definitely more interesting than just popping a vitamin but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to buy it! Just average all around. -
