It's a creamy gel formula, the 'They're Real!' Mascara & Liner are water proof so they are pretty difficult to remove, it can be done with normal removers however it takes seconds with this. For me I didn't need to use this every time it just depended on my mood, but it was quicker and much easier to get it off with this.
There was more tugging when I didn't use this so if you don't like that I'd suggest using this, I assume it would be usable with most other water proof makeup, but I liked it. There really wasn't a scent but it did smell a bit fresh.

The packaging is pretty cute, it's sleek and tapers at the end. It feels well made and I haven't had any issues with it and they've been in my makeup bag for around 4 months now.
it's a light weight formula, used to keep shadows from creasing, longer lasting & for a more vibrant and long lasting eye look. It dries fast, so once you apply some to the lid gently pat/dab it into the skin.
Elf is known for great quality at reasonable prices, a lot of their products are high end but priced for the drug store and it is a cult favourite brand.

Sheer is the more peachy packaged one, it's the second one I used and again right off the bat I was shocked by how different the formula was, and I actually LOVE this one. I've been using it religiously since in my everyday prep.
It's a gorgeous colour on, it's pretty translucent when it dries but it gives a good peachy skin look, it seems a tad on the shimmery side but it isn't that noticeable.
This formula is very creamy, lightweight feeling and blends out like a dream. It is quick drying but as long as you pat and dab quickly it's great.
Unlike 'Pearl' it isn't gritty, it isn't dry and doesn't leave my eyelids feeling dry.
It's a lot better formula, and i'm a lot happier with this one!.
I'll definitely be repurchasing

So pearl is the white packaged one, it's the first one I used and right off the bat I hated it.
The formula is very dry, it's suppose to be a liquid but it's more like overly wet chalk that's shimmery on the skin, It doesn't blend out well, it gave a bit more creasing and it's very.. gritty, the shimmer in it is almost like it's chunky glitter, it's basically a chunky dry formula and it just isn't what I wanted with my eye shadow primer.
It feels super drying, and tight when fully dry.
I was pretty disappointed in it and have only used it a hand full of times, I wouldn't repurchase it again.

So first off, I haven't used a liquid liner in years.. At least since jr high and I'm in my early 20's now so a good 6/7 years.
I was surprised but how tiny the brush was, Usually they aren't as fine tipped and thin. The formula is a little watery and runs a tiny bit but I noticed the more excess you wipe off the easier it is to maneuver, even if you have to dip in twice it's a lot easier.
My biggest reason for wanting to switch back to liquid liner was because for the last 6 years I have been using a gel liner and I found it a bit harder to apply, the first month the packaging is open its super creamy and easy but as it gets down and dries it pulls way to much and it was just more difficult to apply so I figured a liquid wouldn't drag and tug as much.
I was thinking about it for a few days and was at my local Walmart browsing the makeup isle and I seen the ELF Expert liquid liner and thought ''Hey may as well try it''
Elf is known for their great prices and high quality products and I feel that they did a great job with this, the packaging is pretty basic but feels well made, the applicator is nice and thin, I watched some videos on it and they said it was more matte then expected but I found mine to dry more on the shiny side, it didn't stay wet and dries nicely but It is very shiny. I think it's a great product for a great price point, my only issue is how watery it seems but that's to be expected and after a few more uses I've gotten over the curve after religiously using gel in my everyday.
I'd say it's a great everyday liner considering it's easy to use, you do get quiet a bit of product, it's regular black & the price point is fantastic (Under $3).
I think it's great for people on a budget or people just getting into liquid liner and don't want to pay extra for virtually the same product but I'm sure there is better out there, but again I really liked it, I think it's fantastic.
It would make the great to go eyeliner, or if you're in a rush and need to pick one up i'd recommend it.
Seems to last all day without smudging.

Okay so first off, I really didn't like this foundation. It's very heavy, very hard to blend, I found it just sat on the face, I felt like a total cake.
It does have good points though, the colour range pretty good considering it's a drug store foundation, the shade I got was ''Light Porcelain'', It's the lightest shade in the line I believe (could be wrong) and it was still to dark for me.. It did oxidize quite a bit as well.
I like the packaging I think it's super cute, I love the bright white and purple.
I really wanted to love this foundation, for the last 5 years my go to everyday foundation was Rimmel's ''clean finish'' foundation, but for some reason I can't find it anymore I have no idea why, but I doesn't seem to be available anywhere and I had hoped this would be similar but I really disliked it.
However, I've been using it as a base for my eye shadow, I found it was thick enough like a really good eye primer, it didn't seem to move on my eyelids where my face it didn't want to dry down, it was way to thick and wouldn't blend and just moved around way to much for my liking, but the eye lids it stayed in place and was the perfect base for my eye shadow.
I didn't notice any scent on it.
Even over top my regular primer it seemed to basically make my pores more prominent.
If you have any skin issues, or uneven skin texture it seems to highlight it, make it more noticeable and more prominent which isn't what most want with a foundation.
For me, I want a foundation that is heavy but doesn't feel heavy. I want the look of having new skin without the feeling of it on my face. I want the coverage but I need my skin to feel like it can breathe.
I really love their stay matte pressed powder, it's one of my favourite pressed powders.
The size and price point are both great.

I have been using this little eye shadow pot for a year and a half now, and I use it in my everyday eye shadow look. I absolutely adore it, it’s glittery and nude and so so gorgeous.
It’s very shiny, it’s highly pigmented, it’s a golden beige colour that seems to have peachy undertones. It’s absolutely gorgeous applied. I use it as a base, transition, in the corners, brow bone etc.
There is usually a little fall out, but not a whole lot a regular brush tap should knock off the excess. I’ve been using the same pan for a year a half, I only just hit pan on one side the other day. (I was only using one side of the pan). And I’ve used it more times than I can count on both hands so it does go a long way.
The packaging is really nice, it’s solid. Not many packaging like that (like pressed powders) are as solid, they easily break the cover comes loose etc. But it’s been dropped, tossed around in my makeup back with other products for over a year and despite some obviously normal wear it’s in great shape and the pans never given me any issues after being dropped.
It’s easily blendable, it blends like butter. The formula reminds me a lot of colour pop shadows but a touch more on the powdery side compared to their more.. Wet? formula.
It has no scent.
It’s a large pan, it doesn’t crease. There’s 85 shades in the collection and a very wide range of colours. It’s all long lasting and a verity of finishes. (matte, glitter, shimmer)

Okay so straight up, I HATE this product.
Points I like, the colour.. I adore the colour, it's a gorgeous nude with pink/peachy undertones, so incredibly pretty. The texture is great, creamy and it's super matte, dried down nicely compared to other reviews I read. The price is great, the size is quite small it's only 5ml which I feel could be better. The doe tip applicator is basic like most. It's highly pigmented and I didn't have any issues with it being streakym but again it's a nude colour, nudes tend to not be as streaky as a darker colour like purples.
However, The scent is the strongest, most chemical smell I have EVER smelled. I had it on for two hours and the smell was so awful I had to remove it because it was giving me a total headache. It's the worst thing I have ever experienced while wearing a new lipstick.
There is 10 other shades.
I wanted so much to love it since the packaging is cute, the colour is adorable, it's highly pigmented & the formula seems wonderful.. But I just can't, the chemical smell does me in it's so awful.

So in my review of the NYX total control drop foundation, I mentioned a slightly cheaper/bigger optioned dupe!. When I went in to repurchase I asked the lady at the beauty counter if they had any left in stock of the shade I needed, and she said no and after looking around she mentioned this as a dupe for it, and from what I can tell she was correct!.
Basically to start off this has become my everyday foundation, I absolutely adore it.
It’s very similar to the NYX foundation except slightly more on the oily side (Likely due to the fact it has SPF) but it can be matte with powders. It blends nicely, it does oxidize a bit compared to the NYX but it’s very very little.
It’s price point was slightly better than NYX and it’s much easier to purchase as it’s available at most drug stores and walmart.
It’s probably medium to full coverage but it feels very light and weightless on the skin, which I like.. I love the coverage but hate feeling like someone just laid cement on my face.
It seems to work well with most primers, it doesn’t have a scent from what I’ve noticed anyways.
Now it’s much larger than the NYX, it was 13ML where this is 30ML for roughly the same price point. In my opinion it’s the better option.
This pigment-infused brightening serum foundation will protect your skin from UVA and UVB rays while giving you a natural, luminous complexion.
Ultra-light texture that glides onto skin for a bare-skin finish, Infused with antioxidants and vitamin E & SPF 15 which makes it a great summer foundation.
Now a downside seems to be the shade selection, I believe there is only 6 shades and they all seem to be on the lighter side but I think they’re working on adding more shade options (hopefully).

So first off, the colour selection at my Shoppers lacked, but they were mostly sold out every time I’ve tried to repurchase But good news is I’ve found a pretty great dupe for this that’s cheaper
I know online at NYX they have a larger selection that seems to compliment most skin tones, it’s a fairly large range for a drug store foundation.
What I loved most about this foundation is that it doesn’t oxidize! I’m pretty pale so most drug store brand foundations I have used I always end up looking slighty.. Like I’ve got a bad spray tan basically, and I also find their lightest shades aren’t that light!, so no matter what I’ve come out with the wrong shade of foundation for me and Looking like a distant relative to an orange. My second favourite thing about this foundation is that it is buildable, The third is the dropper.. It’s the first dropper foundation I’ve used and I got to admit I can’t see myself willingly going back to a regular everyday foundation without a dropper!, it’s cleaner, easier & even though it was slight trial and error with me getting it everywhere it’s a lot easier to apply.. I drop some on my face and than I get to beating!.
I know this foundation is basically a cult favourite and most people who are into makeup have tried OR heard of it, and now after a few months of use I can totally understand why.
So the day I bought my first bottle which like I said poor selection, I ended up getting a shade that was slightly too light for me, which was completely shocking like I still can’t believe it. My face I’ll never forget when I applied it, I looked in the mirror and I just kinda ”I look like a ghost”. Though it was easily fixable with some regular powder and bronzer/blush I looked less ghostly, I don’t tan well but I had been in the sun more often since it was around August when I first purchased and I may have had a slight tan compared to my normal winter pasty skin since it seems to work way better now in January.
Another great thing is it can be sheer or full coverage depending on which is your preference, It shows by the drops on the back how much to use but I just kinda go with it. Personally I like a more medium to full coverage mainly because I have scarring from an incident on my nose that I’m self conscious of and I’ve got freckles, No not the drawn on ones that have been a trend in the last few years but real since I was a kid freckles. Personally like my scars I’m self conscious about my freckles so the better I can cover them the better I feel and this foundation does a pretty great job.
The finish is like a velvety matte which the site says, and I completely agree. It isn’t dewy but more of a blurring soft semi matte finish, which can be fully matte when powder is on top (Personally I only like matte finishes on my face, I’m not a dewy kinda person!).
There is no scent with it.

This was the first Beauty Blender I bought, I loved that it was black and I loved the ''pro'' part, and since foundation is known for staining I figured it would look better than a stained pink one.. However, It was ruined by a bad foundation (still don't understand how, Still mourning the loss of it) and I repurchased a new one, but I went with the original so comparing it to the original, it's very similar I'd say the Pro gave a more dewy even finish, it was a tiny bit more dense, not as spongy as the original. It was also slightly smaller, when both are wet the original is a tiny bit bigger. But comparable they're both incredible and I wouldn't be able to switch back to anything else.
Now, the pro never stained the original does already have staining and along with the original the colour seems to bleed and fade over time, the pro never did and I used it for slightly over 6 months (you're suppose to change them more often but I had went two months without wearing makeup so I figured it was okay, oops).
I love beauty blender in general I've never had issues, It bounces the foundation flawlessly into your skin, and no streaks like with a regular foundation application everything is even and great.
I love how soft and spongy it is and how big it gets when wet, the pointed part is great for getting into those tiny creases for your eyes and nose etc when applying, I could never get it perfect with fingers or brushes previously.
Since I've used it I've been hooked and I haven't used any other way to apply foundation since.
It can also be used for applying powder for baking and such but I haven't gotten into that much yet.
You can buy the cleaner for it from the brand, but I just use dawn dish soap and it's worked fine for me, gets it clean. smells nice etc. I seen a few times in the last few years of people finding mold in the center when they cut them and when my pro broke apart the center was normal colour so I assume my cleaning method is fine.
