This just came in my most recent Julep Maven box and I am very impressed! The Gel Eye Glider is really soft and doesn’t drag on my eyes at all (like I have now realized my other eye liner does), which makes it easier to apply for me as well. It’s really easy to work with, and I’ve been able to create thin, natural looking lines as well as darker, bolder lines.
The formula is supposed to set in 30 seconds, and stay waterproof for at least 10 hours. I haven’t tested it for the full 10 hours, but I’ve had this on for close to that before washing it off and the formula was definitely long-wearing! Usually pencil liners smudge or just disappear after a couple of hours on my eyes, but this one didn’t budge or transfer at all. It also needed some makeup remover to wash it off fully, so it is waterproof.
I got this in Smoky Plum, and there are 3 other shades (black, shimmery beige and brown). The name really suits this one because the purple looks very smoky when you apply it lightly, and almost blackened when you draw thicker lines. Both the shade and the formula are awesome, and I’m happy I decided to try it out. The difference between the Gel Eye Glider and the liner pencil I was using before is pretty huge – the Julep one is pricier, but it feels much nicer to apply and it stays on so much longer! The price is $16 US, or $12.80 US if you're a Julep subscriber.

It doesn't lather up or foam too much while cleansing, just enough that I feel it's really doing its job. My skin can get oily AND dry, and I feel like Purity cleanses everything away while nourishing the dryness and never irritating my skin.
I use this cleanser in the morning sometimes, or just whenever I want something I know isn't going to be harsh, but will still leave my skin clean and glowing. I've brought it with me camping, and it didn't bother my slight sunburn, plus it kept my skin clear and fresh!
This doesn't break me out or make my skin feel more oily than usual, and it really combats dryness and redness.
I am really glad I decided to try this product finally! It cleanses my skin so gently and helps it look more healthy and radiant. The price is very good considering how well the product works and that only a quarter-sized drop is needed for your face.

I've been really happy with using Truly Radiant toothpaste for the past week, and will definitely continue to do so. It's got a very minty fresh taste (and none of that weird peroxide taste that some whitening toothpastes have), and my mouth feels cleaner for longer, compared to my last toothpaste.
Truly Radiant claims to give you a radiant smile in just 5 days, and I agree that my teeth seem somewhat brighter now that I've used this for a week.
It's hard to tell what difference it has made for my teeth as of yet, but I really like the fact that this is supposed to help "remineralize" tooth enamel with liquid calcium. I eat and drink a lot of acidic things and sometimes brush my teeth a bit too hard, so any added protection is worth it to me.
Before receiving Truly Radiant to review, I was using something that's aimed towards whitening and freshening breath. I liked it, but it didn't feel like it kept my mouth feeling as fresh as Truly Radiant does. Plus, I prefer the added benefits that Truly Radiant has (whitening plus enamel protecting/strengthening).
I would recommend this, and will continue using it myself for sure. Thank you to ChickAdvisor for providing another great product to review!

I got some samples of Show Some Skin from Sephora, and have really fallen in love with it. It feels like a really good-quality BB cream. The product is creamy but very light, and wears well even on hot summer days (which is what I've been using it for). I love that it has SPF 30, but it doesn't FEEL like it does. It doesn't cover my freckles or hide my skin, but it does blur my imperfections and pores really well. It leaves a slightly luminous, dewy finish but it feels soft and not greasy. My skin is somewhat oily, especially in the summer, and this product does not help with that. But it gives me a natural summery look that I love, and I think it would work really well in the winter too when my skin gets more dry.
There are 10 shades to choose from, and a bunch of neutral ones to choose from which is perfect for me. A full sized bottle is about $41 for 1.5 oz, which is worth it if you're looking for a really decent BB or light-coverage foundation. It makes my skin feel and look soft and beautiful, plus it has SPF and doesn't break me out or have any weird scents. Overall, I would definitely recommend this!

This was in my most recent Julep box and I've been using it constantly since it arrived. The fragrance was a tiny bit different than what I was expecting/hoping it would be, but it's grown on me quickly and my boyfriend keeps saying how much he likes it!
I wouldn't really say this is a "milk', but it's still a very light-feeling moisturizer. It's perfect for hot days because it absorbs completely and quickly, and leaves my skin extremely silky and feeling nourished.
This is $24 regularly, or $19.20 for Julep subscribers. It's much more than I usually pay for body lotions, but it does feel like a more luxurious product too so the price seems to be worth it.

This is my first NYX product, and I can't wait to try more now! The product really lives up to its name: the colour I got (Bonfire) is very pigmented and rich, and feels like a very creamy lipstick. It comes in a tube with a doe foot applicator, and the product looks almost like a pigmented gloss. On my lips, the colour is creamy and has just enough shine to make it perfect.
It has a bit of a different scent that's hard to place, but reminds me of almonds or hazelnuts maybe. It was a little strong at first, but I think I've gotten used to it now!
After a while this kind of dries down a little, which helps it stay in place. It lasts pretty long on my lips, but definitely needs to be reapplied every so often. It's not drying at all, and the colour goes on beautifully and pigmented, with no streaking at all. Overall I'm glad I tried this out and would definitely buy more and recommend it to others!

The sample I got was the Beauty Finish version, which has a crisp, clean floral scent. I love that the scent really stays true - even when I'm active or it's a really hot day, I still smell and feel clean with this anti-perspirant on.
It did help my underarms feel even softer and smoother, and it keeps me feeling clean and fresh for the whole day. I would probably try the other scents this comes in next, (Shea Butter, Chamomile, Original, etc), but am glad I got to try the Beauty Finish because it works amazingly well!

My bf loves when I wear this, and he isn't always as enthusiastic about my other favourite perfumes! So that's another reason why I love Daisy so much.
I was hesitant to try this perfume before I got a free sample of it, but all of the good things people say about it are true and I would purchase this again for sure.

Sephora offered deluxe samples of this online a while ago so I grabbed one with my order. It's something I'd looked at and heard a lot about before, but wasn't sure if it was right for my skin.
The packaging is really cute - just like the full sized product, it comes in a glass jar with it's own little dropper.
My skin is oily on it's own, so I've used this at night instead of my regular moisturizer. One or two drops is enough, and it makes my skin feel nourished and moisturized, but it's very lightweight and almost feels like there's nothing on my skin.
My skin does not feel much oilier than usual when I use the maracuja oil, but I still think it would be a bit too 'rich' for my face during the day. It's a great night-time product, because it helps with dry spots and makes my skin feel nice and healthy for the morning!
This product is helping me learn more about what is good for my combination skin, and that I can put certain oils on my face and actually get good results!

I've been trying to teach myself how to apply eye liner better and just started practising with this. I really like it so far - the consistency of the liquid doesn't get flaky or clumpy if I'm taking my time to apply and maybe going over some spots more than once. It is so easy to work with - it sets very quickly so I'm not smearing it around my eyes as I go, and it comes off with water or a bit of makeup remover when I make mistakes and need to fix it up.
The packaging is decent - the applicator handle is long enough to fit comfortably in my hand, and the brush very precise. I try to start of with thinner lines and build up or adjust, and the fine tip of this brush is great for that.
I bought the plain Black shade and love the way it looks. It isn't matte or glossy looking when its dry, just perfect black.
I would definitely recommend this product, especially for others like me who are still learning and perfecting their liner technique! I don't feel bad practising with this product because it was so inexpensive, but it also gives me results that I'd expect from a more luxury brand, so really it's perfect.
