Are Gua Sha / REFA Face Rollers worth it?

Hi everyone! 

I'm pretty rigorous with my skincare routines, and with the rise of Asian beauty/skincare, I'm wondering whether on not to invest in:  a) Gua Sha face scraper, or b) REFA style Face Roller (the ones that look a little suggestive, if you know what I mean.) 

I'd like to know everyone else's thoughts and opinions.
