What is a good cream, etc...that will make pimples go away instantly or overnight...? Is there any that are not too pricey? I been stressing and I had this pimple on my cheek that I tried my hardest not to pop but I just hate seeing the pus there, it's gross! They take forever to go away if I leave it alone. I wash my face with Cetaphil and it has worked a lot better than wen I use to wash with the Proactiv cleanser and I still use Proactiv's toner and repairing lotion but I still get one or two every now and then. So that is a big problem because I don't want to pop No More Pimples if I see pus! I really want to make that one of my accomplish goals for this new year. So I need help from you Chicks.

I, too am guilty of doing the same thing. But i think if there's an obvious white head, you can pop, it as long as you do it hygienically and as gently as possible. I have an extraction tool ( A thin metal stick with a hoop...) and i lightly press it. Popped or not, i still use Mario Badescu Drying Lotion. It's a pink paste you apply with a cotton swab, it's quit thick and you leave it on over night. I find that usually if i use it, the pimple will not resurface. I'm not sure of it's power of getting rid of white heads, but it does help stop pimples from forming when you see a little red bump coming up. Mario badescu has a line for Acne, and i think they work quite well. Just make sure you don't over use it because it is quite drying. And dry skin = more breakouts... I hope this helped.

I've been using spectro jel cleanser for years and about a year ago i discovered spectro cleansing pads. they're just like oxy pads but i find they work better and are less drying. just swipe it over your whole face before bed and you'll wake up with pratically nothing. clean and clear acne spot treatment works great too if you're not looking for something to use all over your face. both these products are really inexpensive and you can find them at any drug store or grocery store. basically just look for anything that has a benzoyl peroxide concentration of at least 5%. Check out what Paula Begoun has to say about it, she always helps me out... http://www.cosmeticscop.com/acne-treatment-skin-care.aspx hope this helps!!!!
