How many times per week do you exfoliate your face? And what are your favorite facial exfoliators?
Ever since having my last baby 8 years ago my skin has been terrible for the first time in my life. I exfoliate at least 3 times a week. Nothing overly harsh so I don't dry out or damage my face further. Right now I am using an exfoliator by origins and one by vichy (normaderm) that are both gentle enough to use every day. I also use a facial exfoliating cleansing tool. Can't afford the clarisonic but I wish I could. Mine is a really inexpensive knockoff but it's worked wonders for my skin thankfully!

I exfoliate my skin nightly with a cleansing brush. Normally I use Vichy Normaderm cleanser but I got a sample from Clarins and I'm loving it. I do a deep exfoliate once a week with a cleansing mask (also from Vichy Normaderm).

I exfoliate twice a week. I mix brown sugar with olive oil, which is gentle on my skin

Ermmm .. I have never really exfoliated my skin except last week I decided to use a (brand new) soft toothbrush to exfoliate my nose as my nose was dry and getting peely. Has anyone else tried the toothbrush method? It's a much more affordable option than spending big bucks on a clarisonic brush ...

I exfoliate in the mornings about 6 times a week and just give my skin one day to just rest.

it's funny, as you get older you're supposed to care more for your skin but I find I just don't have the energy any more
when I was younger I was very careful with my skin, and diligent with all the necessary steps to care for it...not the case
|Gonna try it :) on Apr 30, 2016 @ 11:26 pm|
I'm going to try the toothbrush for exfoliating my face next time :) I usually use St. Ives Apricot scrub

Those are some really great at home and cheap options! I've never even thought to use a toothbrush especially for my nose!! Genius!
I'm also loving Aveeno naturals daily brightening face scrub. Aveeno is so awesome and it's so good and great for daily use. My skin actually does look brighter.

Every night with my clairisonic and ole henkerson red tea cleanser! I saved up for a clairisonic several years ago and have used it every day for the last 4.5 years, it was an investment but with how long it has lasted it was totally worth it!
