Getting Your Hair To Grow Faster Products

I've been wanting to grow my hair out for months now but I find my hair takes forever to grow. I thought I would try hair extentions but after hearing about how they ruin your hair, I decided that was a no-go. But, I heard there are pills, shampoo's,etc out there that can help make your hair grow, I'm not sure I believe in these products but, if any of you chickies have ever experimented with this stuff, let me know what you used and if it actually worked :)

there are some things you can do...

Honestly, there is stuff you can do to speed it up but don't expect anything miraculous lol. But i understand because I am growing out my hair as well! Good idea not to get extentions, i got them twice and they ruined my hair and i had to cut it even shorter.

The best thing you can do is take care of yourself! Eat well, excersise to get blood flow to the scalp, get or give yourself scalp massages to stimulate hair growth, take a GOOD multi vitamin, one that is rated at least 4/5 in the comparative guide to nutritional supplements (I take and reccomend Usana and I have seen great results in my hair, skin, and overall engery)..If you are getting all the nutrients you need (which you can't from food these days, because of the food quality) your hair will grow...Some people say take extra biotin and stuff but if you are taking a good multi vitamin that's all you need, anything extra you will just pee out. Look up the vitamin you take or want to take to make sure it is good, a lot of they might not have what they have on the label on the bottle (or message me and I can look it up for you in mine)...My hair has grown quicker than it used to (and it used to grow super slow so even 1/2 an inch a month is good for me lol)once i started taking the multi vitamin and the omega from that company.

Also in the past I tried a product called bio-fen, it's for alopecia, but it works to help hair grow...but it's super expensive at $70 for a months supply.

Oh and dont use shampoos with sulfates in them!! That will dry your hair out and youll need to cut more off when u get trims...i'd say nourishing it from the inside will help it grow nicer, and taking care of it on the outside (deep conditioning treatments etc) will keep it looking great!

good luck and if you have any questions feel free to message me!

Regular Maintenance, Good Health, and Products

While I was working at a salon, women would come in complaining they wanted their hair to grow longer. And although some did not want to part with their hair, getting regular trims promotes hair growth. If you have a lot of split ends and do not get regular trims, your hair will continue to break until it gets to the roots. Trim your hair at least every 6-8 weeks. This way you won't have to take 3-4 inches off every time and dread going to the salon lol.

Using good hair products is important too. I've started using this product called Osis Buff Styling Cream (Schwarzkopf). It is a styling cream, leave-in conditioner, and protects ur hair from heat, sun and pollution. Love it! Moroccan Oil is also amazing for the hair. I used to use this on clients with extreme frizz, curly hair, and for women who colour their hair a lot. The oil repairs the ends by adding protein to the hair. Great to use to massage into the scalp. Use wet or dry. And it's great for your nails/cuticles! Smells amazing too.

Obviously good health is important. Eat good foods and take multi-vitamins. I remember when I was pregnant my hair was the healthiest it had ever been and grew so fast! I was taking multi-vitamins and Calcium pills.
