Great Idea for Dry winter skin

wendyroy

I recently attended a Beauty Gala at Murale to benefit LGFB, and received a nice loot bag.  One of the products was a spa moisturizer that you apply in a bath, and leave on for 10 minutes.  Once the sample ran out, I tried one of my regular moisturizers, and it worked just as well.  Just put a nice quantity all over your face, soak (or read :) ) for 10 minutes, and gently take off with a cloth.  \rub in the remainder, and enjoy well hydrated skin.  I do it about every 5 days, while deep conditioning my hair, read a few chapters, and feel like I went to a spa.

Love this!

That's a great idea! I always apply a moisturizing face mask in the bath or even shower as well and leave it on while I shampoo etc. just trying not to go it too wet. I find the steam really helps to soak all the moisture in!

Try Aveeno oatmeal lotion w/ SPF 15

I always thought that Aveeno has a really good lotion line. I normally apply my lotion right after I shower. This lotion will definitely keep you moisturized for 24 hrs leaving your skin naturally nourished and healthy. Aveeno also offers a specific kind of lotion for individuals that has very dry skin. I would suggest this type of lotion to people who have eczema and etc. other than that, Aveeno is the lotion for everyday use to keep moisturized through the year.
