Have you seen

Khloe Kardashian's new haircut? Wow! I've always been a fan of the lob, especially asymmetrical ones, and hers is so pretty. I think they suit almost anyone.

I'm not a Kardashian fan but you cannot be living and not be exposed to this family everywhere you go. It's impossible! Anyhow, I was reading a beauty blog and saw her new cut and it looks so great. I have hair envy for sure. Hers is short and I have to say she looks great as a blonde.

I've also seen a lot of celebs take the plunge with a short 'do or dramatic color change recently (Taylor Swift's new platinum hue comes to mind).

What do you think? When summer arrives does it make you want to make drastic changes to your hair?

I find in the summer I always feel like taking my color lighter and when I'm pregnant or when I had breakups I always wanted to cut my hair. A lot of women seem to do that. Am I alone here or do you girls tend to do the same thing?

Does summer inspire you to change your hair?

After many years of having long hair, I decided to cut it. I regretted it almost immediately as I can no longer just throw it up in a ponytail, especially in the hot weather we've been getting. I was inspired as so many ladies look great, and swear their hair is wash and wear, but my hair is not so cooperative, and I'm not one to mess with it a lot before going out. I did notic Khloes new look...I think it was on Ellen last night...and she has gotten to be the prettiest of the sisters !

Sorry, the whole lot of that family does not interest me. I don't care if she shaves her head bald.

I love her new hair!!

After having my son in December I chopped 14 inches off my hair! I regretted it immediately but I'm ok with it now lol.

I find that I make drastic changes (colour wise) to my hair only in the winter.. I dye it dark and then the rest of the year I leave it.

This summer I plan on just letting my hair grow :)

Omg you are so funny sometimes. Your comment made me bust out laughing!! I can't stand the Kardashian influence on our world today either. Their fame came from exploiting their family on TV and showing vapid personalities in the public eye. Kim K got her D list celeb status from being Paris Hilton's BFF and from a sex tape scandal! Yuck! Oh, and from her gigantic bottom.
Although they bother me, I begrudgingly have to admit they are SMART. They definitely have some business acumen. I mean they are worth millions and they have legit and very prosperous businesses and are doing really well in their celeb "careers". I have never watched an episode and I have no desire to in future. They are smart though because everyone knows of them and they have a huge following on social media. You don't get to that level without business smarts. I respect them for that, seriously. You can only survive for so long in Hollywood on popularity alone. Look at Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie. Paris is a nobody socialite and Nicole has moved on to a clothing and jewelry line and I thin another tv show. She has business smarts (and has grown up). She went from drinking chubs to scary skinny but the girl is smart and therefore successful in her business ventures. She looks like she now has her personal life together now too.
No matter how much celebs like the Kardashian / Jenner clan are annoying, I respect their business sense. Even the youngest one has a line of lip kits that is extremely successful and I think she's only 18. That's pretty impressive to me.

I think it looks really good on her. It makes her look younger actually and the blond color really suits her best. I'm not a fan of the Kardashians, but I will say she's very pretty.
