I tried it!

I'm shamelessly going to say that I've tried human hair extensions and I highly recommend purchasing from Luxy. I had very thin, flat hair before and I was looking for volume. I heard about Luxy through Youtube reviews and I made my decision then and there.

They have 3 sets you can choose from based on your hair type: 120, 160, 220 gram. I purchased the 160gram in Dark brown; its 20" long, 10 clip-on pieces (1 x 8" weft, 1 x 7" weft, 2 x 6" weft, 2 x 4" weft, 4 x 1" weft). It's $150 USD and free shipping. It's quite expensive but it's Remy human hair, and the quality is great. It looks natural on and you can style it with heat, hair products, however you like. The strands do not fall out easily. It does feel a little heavy on your head and to make it appear seamless/ blend naturally, you might have to layer your hair. I use to wear them everyday, and will wash them once a week. You can find wash/care instructions on Luxy's Youtube channel. Overall, I was very happy with the purchase. I bought it 2 years ago and it's still in tact; it looks and feels silky and smooth. I don't wear them anymore because I recently coloured my hair to a lighter shade but its good to know I have them ie. reuse for halloween/cosplay.

For a better idea of their hair extensions, watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=voAnuW1AllA

Hope you found this helpful.

human hair extentions

I wouldn't try human hair but maybe fabricated ones just out of curiousty. Sometimes I think I need more flow, thickness and would if the price is right try it.
