No-Heat Curls

So I got bored the other night and was scouring Pinterest and found these no-heat curls and decided to try them out. And they work SO well I thought i'd share!

It's a really easy thing to do, especially if you shower before bed instead of in the morning. My hair was slightly damp when I did this so I think that helped it work so well. I like that it's a) super easy b) comfortable to sleep in (although you look pretty silly) and c) I woke up with perfect beach waves! They were pretty tight in the morning so I loosened them with my fingers and then sprayed a little hairspray on them, but they lasted all day. I have hair past my shoulders but it's almost pin straight so I love that this gave me a natural-looking wave.

Here's the blog with the instructions:

More no heat curls

I also ran across CurlFormers which are a little on the expensive side since you need a few packs (more if you have longer hair) but they have several varieties available. Another product that I actually purchased is called Wrap Snap and Go and they boast that you can actually sleep in them. You curl your hair while its damp or completely dry, and let me tell you my curls came out wonderful. Full, bouncy, and they stayed!! They are a little pain in the butt to put in if your arms get tired quick, but I really liked the results and had the best nights sleep EVER wearing them!! The best part is you can get them at your local Walgreens or on their website for like $10.
