What Are Your Worst Beauty Buys

I just came across this article about the 13 beauty products you ACTUALLY need and will definitely use. Although I'm not sure I agree all of the Holier Than How's suggestions it did get me thinking: How many beauty/hair products do I own and hardly touch?

I'm sure a lot of you have the same problem, you buy something and you're sure you're going to use it but it ends up in the back of the drawer.

What have been some of your worst beauty buys?

The worst and the most ripped off Ive ever felt was ordering one of those Tweezes off a info commercial. They made it look so simple so pain free you name it I thought I had to have it!

As Ive gotten older if I dont keep up on it I could have a mustache that any man would be jealous of lol.Ive tried waxing and Nair for face but my skin is so sensitive. So I got this Tweeze that your supposed just roll over the unwanted hair.OMG!It pinches so bad my lips were shaking .Its now sitting in the back of my bathroom cupboard and I wont be using it ever!

taking up space

There are a few hair products that take up room on the counter but aren't is use. I have curly hair so finding products that actually work for it without causing more frizz or turning my hair into plastic is always a challenge. So I end up with half used bottles of hairspray, curl creams and other stuff.
Eye shadows and lip products are another thing for me - I love getting new ones, but don't actually end up using any interesting colours, just stick to my basic favorites like champagne coloured shadows and the same neutral/clear gloss or just a simple balm for my lips.

@bren581 - that just made me cringe. The upper lip hair is some of the most sensitive, I don't blame you for never using it again. You should just toss it in the trash!

@miss-K- I hear ya! I have a number of eye shadows and lipstick in particular that just take up space because I never wear them. I stick with what I like and I don't venture from that path very often.

Kiehls eh?

I'm really curious about that Kiehls essence roller thing. I love fragrances, so anything that promises to make me smell good - hey! why not try it?
