zits a lot

I never had acne or big skin problems when i was a teenager, but since a few years (i m in my early 30's), i have zit that will come out every now and then and it is driving me insane.  It's something 2-3 at the same time and I'm not sure what to do to help having less.
I'm washing my face and try to take care of it, but it's like it's worst even if i take care of it.

any ideas or suggestions how to get rid of those uninvited friends?

thanks :)

simple solution for acne/pimples

I have tried so many over the counter medications, creams etc. I have even tried those natural made solutions...so low I saw that a peeled onion works... NOT!!!
This is what I do, but remember everyone is different and this may not work for you.
At least it's cheap and you won't waste your money on that pricey zit shit lol
1. Wash your face with warm water , your preferred cleanser and a cloth, rubbing in a circular motion
2. Rinse face with warm water.
3. Pat dry.
And here goes, don't laugh k, it really worked for me and I get huge deep pimples. Don't tell anyone but I am a 41 year old mom and I still get pimples.
4. Using a q-tip, dip into vinegar and dot onto the affected area. Seriously!!!
5. Do not dry it will dry naturally.
If you want to use a moisturizer try to avoid the spots where you have placed the vinegar.
Vinegar is so cheap and we all have it in our homes. Worth a try.
I truly hope this works!!
Good Luck and please let me know if this works for you.

Dealing with pimples, zits, blemishes and problem skin since I was a teen, I can tell you what works for me!

If you are looking to spot treat, which I would recommend if you have just a few nasty blemishes once in a while, I would use tea tree oil or benzoyl peroxide.

I would also recommend looking into a cleanser that contains salicylic acid, I find that's key for my skin though some find it too harsh. I'm also into using products with vitamin c and glycolic acid to exfoliate.
