Do you buy affordable clothing or expensive clothing?

Lets be honest. You can buy clothes for $10 at Sirens these days. And you can also buy skirts for $160 that look similar to the sirens style but are 16 times the price. Which person are you? I am the $10 person because then if it gets ruined or if I don't like the style come next season, I don't have any guilt about giving the clothing piece away or donating to a good cause.

D{ you buy affordable clothing or expensive clothes]

I totally buy affordable clothing. Most of or all of my clothes come from Value Village and once in awhile I go to other 2nd hand shops. I definitely give all my unwanted clothes to Value Village.

I usually buy items that range in price from $10-60 because I get items on sale a lot of times. My more expensive items tend to be jackets.

Mostly affordable, although I do get high-end items from discount stores like Marshalls/TJ Maxx or find them at thrift stores.

second hand all the way

99.9999% of my clothing comes from thrift stores / consignment stores. It's a great way to reduce waste and makes you really look at how the world revolved around fast fashion and how we as a whole have lost sight of quality and values... I find a lot of the fashion we wear today is either made or sourced without any regard for human or animal rights. Shopping at second hand stores allows me to have pieces of clothing I really like, at affordable prices, and I am not giving my money to the corporations that will use it to perpetuate their money hungry businesses.

affordable..always..unless it's for a special occasion and I need to spend the money. I can't justify over spending on clothing unless it's something unique or that I really want.

I definitely lean towards buying cheap but if it's something I know I will wear a lot, and will last me years, I will splurge. You get what you pay for with a lot of cheap stuff, but a lot of the expensive stuff is also just about a label.

In most cases I go for cheaper clothes because then I don't feel bad changing up my wardrobe more often. Plus I find that, say, a pair of jeans for $150 wears the same as a pair of $40 jeans, so why not go with the cheaper ones and buy more pairs?
