Do you buy affordable clothing or expensive clothing?

Lets be honest. You can buy clothes for $10 at Sirens these days. And you can also buy skirts for $160 that look similar to the sirens style but are 16 times the price. Which person are you? I am the $10 person because then if it gets ruined or if I don't like the style come next season, I don't have any guilt about giving the clothing piece away or donating to a good cause.

Wish I could buy high end but not that lucky

Not in a position to buy anything but cheaper clothing. Always buy as cheap as possible. Even sometimes buy from second hand stores. Often some real gems found at thrift stores. I call it treasure hunting

I do buy affordable clothing, gt boutique has nice stuff, but I do have to admit that I like my under armour, pink and many more name brands.

Affordable With the odd Splurge

I looooove saving $ on everyday work clothes, for the same reasons as everyone else - you get so many more wearable options for your $. I tend to save my big purchases for genuine leather bags, belts and footwear and accessories!

Depends on the item really.. for outerwear and things that don't have to be washed often.. I am definitely willing to spend more.

If it's just a top/blouse that needs to be washed after every wear.. I def. go for the inexpensive as it will wear and tear quickly.

For bottoms/jeans/dresses I am usually somewhere inbetween...fit is the most important!

for me it depends on if its a trend

i will buy trendy items at a cheaper price tag
and i often thrift items
however if it is a classic or staple piece, I have no problems investing
do you know the brand twik?
I highly recommend!

A bit of both

I mostly own affordable clothing from places like Old Navy and Walmart, but I do have some key items that are higher end, like from Suzy Shier. I own a classic blazer from Suzy Shier, but I wear it all the time with cheaper clothing.

I don't put my expensive clothing through the wash though - I either spot-clean, hand wash, or dry-clean. It lasts much much longer that way and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth that way.

Clothes shopping is so expensive now a day's

It's hard to buy for a family now when everything $$$ so much and kid's need so much indoor shoes out door shoes cloth for this and that it's crazy if u have a kid who hates what u get them so thrift store is a good way or on red tag sale.

For clothing I definitely go for the less expensive stuff. I usually only buy from the sales sections in stores, LOL!
I would love to buy higher quality clothing, but it can just be so expensive and with clothing I tend to like quantity more. So by getting less expensive stuff I can get more clothes, rather then just spending $50 on one shirt.

I'm a mix of both. But to buy expensive clothes I have to FALL IN LOVE with the piece. I won't buy it if I'm not sure. Also I like expensive clothes when it comes to girls night... wedding... etc

I love a good bargain on clothes but I do splurge every so often on an item that makes me feel special when I wear it and is comfortable
