Do you buy affordable clothing or expensive clothing?

Hamzic.Marina

Lets be honest. You can buy clothes for $10 at Sirens these days. And you can also buy skirts for $160 that look similar to the sirens style but are 16 times the price. Which person are you? I am the $10 person because then if it gets ruined or if I don't like the style come next season, I don't have any guilt about giving the clothing piece away or donating to a good cause.

hmm

I'm a second hand person....so I guess I go after real cheap haha. I barely remember when I spend $ on new clothes (of course I buy socks, bras and underwear new, and swim suits if I need, but that's about it).

I'm a total Value Village junkie. I go there to hang with mom. I've found some pretty nice high end clothes and purses. Most brand new, tags still on. Sometimes you go and find notable. I always try and take something to donate when I go.

cheaper priced clothing

I cannot afford the "high-end" priced clothing. I can afford 2nd hand store prices, which is where I buy clothing for myself and my husband. Good clothes at an even better price. Who cares if they were worn before, they are in great shape. Some of the things I come across even have the tags still on them. I love 2nd hand stores!!! Recycle Recycle Recycle, Reuse, Reuse Reuse!!!

All about the great deals & thrift shop steals

Affordable 💯! Cost of living in BC is way too high to be able to spend money on expensive clothes (especially when affordable ones look just as good! 👌). I’m always browsing bidding sites & thrift stores for great finds & deals. I love finding great items for next to nothing, way more fulfilling than going to a designer store & purchasing brand new at full price! I’m all about the sales 😎

...

I am the type of person that will never spend full price for any clothing as I feel that if they are able to put it on sale then there is no need for them to as more money for them. The only time I have ever paid full price for something was for things that went to charity or gave back to the community as it is gives back.

A little bit of both

I like to invest in quality made classic pieces that will mix and match with multiple things in my wardrobe, think white button downs, a well tailored blazer, classic denim... I like to save on trendy pieces, like fun detailed tops, statement costume jewelry, and trendy jeans. You can't lose when you invest in quality pieces that never go out of style! I have a beautiful trench coat that I've had for 6 years now. It was a bit pricey but I love it so much, and it'll never go out of fashion.
