I love Zulilly. They get great products and they have good prices too. I'm not sure about Canada but it would definateley be worth trying out.

Made in china

You can buy directly from china on Aliexpress. It is cheaper than ebay or amazon and you can have free shipping (usually It takes 3 weeks to receive your order). Be careful when you buy clothes, It is not always as the picture.

I like to use ebates to shop because then you get money back on purchases. I also recently joined swagbucks which is kind of the same thing. I use two apps Checkout 51 and Changio to get money back for groceries. I just look around for what I need and find them the cheapest or whoever offers free shipping.

Aliexpress.com and ebay.ca. The first one is a wholesale site and you are buying directly from the warehouses and avoiding the high prices in the stores,
I am addicted to this lol

This one doesnt have free shipping for foreign customers, but its at least discounted. They have all kinds of cute little charms! I like to save money and make gifts for people instead of buying them already made from the store, really saves me a lot in the long run, and the gifts are unique.
The lady who runs this supply store also has another cool store that has a lot of the same things as Earth Bound Trading, which is awesome because its way cheaper lol

Online Shopping for Newbies

I'm a bit fussy about free shipping, easy returns and not getting scammed or hit with excessive fees to cross the border, so i stick to store's i know with easy return policies. What you gain is that often you get access to items that might not be in stock at your local physical store. if you're worried about credit cards, make sure you're dealing with a company you know, as they have a vested interest in keeping you as a customer by making certain you don't have a bad experience. (remember that those issues at TJ Maxx and others were not limited to their online customers).

having said all that I shop a lot of Simon's (a dept store currently not in Ontario). their entire collection is not online and you will have to figure out your size by brand, but they have a no hassle return, just fill out their form, and take your package to the post office (you'll need a printer to print out the return receipt and shipping label). free shipping over $100. also their customer service is amazing. a package was lost/stolen around christmas one year, not only did they credit my account, they gave me a small gift certificate as an apology.

joe fresh. (yes i wear a lot of knit wear). for some reason i never see the stuff i'm interested in, in the store. be careful as joe fresh has an amazing photographer, but they do include a front, back and close up shot of the merchandise and you can return items to a local store at no cost. as a fairly regular purchaser i occassionally get discount coupons too. free shipping over $50. decent sales from time to time. now if we could just get them to put their make up and beauty line online.

hbc. i still love the Bay. They've been making over their stores slowly, but i still find the website a good way to go. they have a fairly decent search and filter engine, which when you consider they have thousands of items online is very helpful. if you watch for sales you can end up with OK savings. free shipping over $100, and again you can return to the store, which usually means i end up picking up a few more things, so they totally win with me.

i'm still waiting for the more mundane things like groceries and drug store items to be online so i can save a bit of time, but they seem to be lagging.

Yes there are plenty more, but if you start with stores you know, have a decent experience it should change your mind. i wasn't convinced until a few years ago and now i'm not certain why i didn't before. Also HBC and Joe Fresh are ebates shops so you get a bit back (about 4%) on your purchases.

I buy everything online except groceries. I order from Zulily a lot because the shipping is pretty cheap. I also buy from Hautelook a lot. The shipping is super reasonable. If you put the code TXT in the promo code area of Mac Cosmetics Canads the shipping will be free as well.

I love JustFab as well as Fabletics! The quality is always amazing, and the shipping is very fast. They offer free returns although I haven't needed to return anything. The website is set up great as well! They recently launched FabKids too for children's apparel which is great. Prices are overall pretty reasonable.
