Sparkle eye shadow?

I am looking to purchase an eyeshadow that is neutral in colour with some sparkles to it. I have found that many are either very glittery or just plain. Any suggestions on a good brand/color that does the best of both?

Def urban decay naked pallet. I use the number 2 one because i have pale skin and the colours are perfect. They blend really well, have the right amount of sparkle, and stay on all day. Best brand of eyeshadows I've ever had.

Gosh does great pigments with a good sparkle. Avoid Mac.

L'oreal Infallible in Amber Rush

I know there are plenty of high-end options (especially Urban Decay), but one of the BEST I've tried is L'Oreal Infallible eyeshadow in Amber Rush. It's a pretty rose gold neutral tone that looks amazing on all skin tones. You don't even need a brush if you don't like them, as the texture is so creamy and soft (it's a powder, but it's more of a loosely pressed powder that's easily workable). It's a beautiful hue- not too dark or light- and it has plenty of shimmer (not so much that it looks cheap, but it has a LOT of shimmer and looks stunning when it catches light). Check the other reviews on this one, the beauty world will tell you it's awesome. Hope I helped! :)

Cheap and good pigment

Try the NYC Sparkle Eye Dust. It's about $3.00 or less. The colour selection includes some nice neutrals and they look great.

I haven't tried this but I heard that mixing pigments with visine then patting them to the lid gives a really nice foil look that really POPs.
